• Grand Prize: Four (4) total Grand Prizes (each a “Grand Prize”) are available to be awarded in the Contest. Each Grand Prize shall consist of a $25,000 “Spark Money” check and the opportunity to be part of a Sponsor-created content series anticipated to be completed within six (6) months of prize awarding.
• In addition, each Grand Prize Winner shall win up to $5,000 in Surface Product inventory. Finalist Prizes and Grand Prizes may be referred to hereafter individually as a “Prize”and collectively as “Prizes”.
• Finalist Prize Winners and Grand Prize Winners may be referred to individually as a “Prize Winner” and in the plural “Prize Winners”. Prizes will be delivered within 8 weeks of the conclusion of the Contest.Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by Prize
• Winners except as may be allowed by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind.

HOW TO SUBMIT

• (1) Create your Submission for a specific Category AND
• (2) Tag (“Tag”) the specific Category you are submitting into (ex: @Cache Bunny, @DJ Hapa, etc.); AND
• (3) Tag @Surface
• (4) Post your Submission on Instagram <OR> TikTok during the Contest Entry Period; AND
• (5) Be sure to include the hashtag #OriginalByDesignContest in post (“Post”).
  

By successfully completing the foregoing and subject to the Entry conditions, requirements and limitations stated herein you will receive one (1) Entry in the Contest as detailed herein.Entrants should not submit duplicate entries regardless of the social media platform used to enter, each entry must be substantially unique and different. If an entrant submits duplicate entries it is up to the sole discretion of the Sponsor to select which entry will be judged.
